What is the Satellite?
The Satellite is a telework center in small town and neighborhood business districts that allows long distance commuters and small business owners the ability to work remotely, while having access to business class connectivity and office equipment, professional meeting rooms, and other local professionals nearby.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on whether you want to work in a cubicle, open space or private office. Monthly subscriptions start at a few hours a month, with one, two, three, four or five day-per-week memberships available. And you can always stay longer or come in more frequently at reduced rates. We also offer single use half-day passes. The cost is typically less than what you spend on commuting, and the time saved by not sitting in traffic is all yours. What do I need to bring to work in the Satellite?
Most people show up with just their laptop. We provide power, WiFi and high speed connectivity, as well as business class printing, scanning, faxing and mailing services. For a nominal extra fee, we offer a phone and directdial number that remains yours for as long as you have your membership.
What sort of workspace do you have?
All Satellites have open space with tables and chairs, cubicles for regular clients who want to spread out, and private lockable offices that can be used a few days a week or reserved for your sole use. Each Satellite also has two conference rooms and a lounge.

How can I reserve a space?
You can make a reservation online, on the phone or in person. We accept all major credit cards.
What equipment do you have in the conference rooms?
Each conference room has a teleconference phone. One conference room has a videoconferencing system that includes wireless presentation projection to the flat panel display. Both conference rooms have white boards and typical conference room furniture.
Can I use the Satellite as my business mailing address?
Yes, we offer virtual office services, including mail address, mail pickup and hold, remote phone services and reception.
Are your telework centers handicapped accessible?
Absolutely.
Is there an additional charge for printing and faxing?
Printing and faxing charges apply, but are below those typically charged at commercial business centers.
Is there an additional charge for using the conference rooms? Do I need to reserve the conference room in advance?
Each membership includes four hours of conference room access per month. We require that you reserve a conference room in advance so that you know it’s available for you. If you need more conference room time, it is certainly there for you.
Is there lockable storage space?
Each cubicle includes lockable storage space and each private office locks and includes lockable storage space. For an additional fee, we also offer mobile locking storage cabinets if you want to keep materials at our center.
How “green” are the Centers?
Our goal is to create spaces that help everyone reduce their carbon footprint. In fact, every time you log on, we report to you and your company the total amount of carbon you have saved by your use of the Satellite! In addition, the Satellite uses low-wattage lighting, low-VOC paints and carpeting, on-demand water heating and faucets, low-flow toilets, and as much natural lighting as possible. All furniture and processes have been selected with “green” in mind.
Do you rent your space for private events. What is the fee?
Our corporate philosophy involves locating in small towns as a means to revitalizing town centers and strengthening local community. We make our facilities available to like-minded organizations at a reduced rate for meetings on evenings and weekends. Contact us for more information.
