Local Creative Executive Advertising Stella Norfleet – who splits her time between SLV and Argentina – will begin hosting a weekly class designed to make it easy and enjoyable to learn and most of all to remember a new language. Qigong is a Taoist form of medical care in China and, similar to Tai Chi, it involves slow movements with a dance-like flow. It involves easy breathing, it is easy to do and it is excellent for those recovering from injuries. Qigong is known to greatly improve circulation, digestion, calm the nervous system and helps reduce anxiety, fear and depression.
