Builder of community telework centers joins prestigious list of innovative, industry-disrupting companies

The award, whose past winners include Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Twitter and Salesforce.com, is given to companies demonstrating the ability to disrupt an industry or create an entirely new industry via an innovative business model.

The winners were announced Thursday night at the conclusion of the Red Herring North America 2010 conference in San Diego. The competition included an extensive review of the applicant qualifications followed by company presentations to the Red Herring editorial team. Each applicant was required to qualify earlier this year as a technology company that is privately held and not listed on any exchange anywhere in the world.
Since the awards program was launched in 1996, the Red Herring 100 lists have been used by technology industry executives, investors and strategists as an instrument for discovering and advocating the most promising private ventures from around the world.
