Will H1N1 slow down the Internet?

A new report from the Centers for Disease Control indicates that absenteeism resulting from the H1N1 virus could top 40% and the General Accounting Office has gone so far as to issue a set of recommendations that includes possible limiting bandwidth intensive activities by consumers as a way to prevent Internet congestion.
